I bought v1 last summer for my event photography business complete with the stand, 2 screens both sets of magazine cover cd's & the green screen tips & tricks dvd which turned out to be nothing more than the same help video that is free on the site. (shame on you!)

While the product works well on screen, I have never used it at an event due to the lack of paper size choices. Here in North America the standard paper size is 8.5 x 11 and the program will not allow me to print to that size and I have no time at an event to start trimming 2 or 300 photos. If I export to jpeg and force the print it takes way too long the crowd will get po'd and it crops the image losing the sides.

Can anyone tell me if this has been addressed in version 2 before I throw good money after bad?

Also have they added the ability to acquire images from a camera yet?

Photokey 2 does indeed include US Letter as one of the Canvas size options.

You can try out the demo and see if it works for you, before you decide whether or not to upgrade:

Can I just mention that you must have bought this DVD through a reseller, and it is not the same as the Learn Greenscreen DVD that FXhome have released - as far as I am aware, that is not available (free or otherwise) to view online.

Cheers,
Arktic.

Hey FXhomer26320,

We only just started selling tutorial DVDs in the last week and we've never sold stands or the CDs you write about. If you purchased PhotoKey 1 with such a DVD and equipment then you didn't buy it from us and the DVD was NOT an FXhome product.

I apologize for the rant, after looking into it, I did in fact buy it from a reseller. So I take that back (shame on tubetape) I will d/l the demo and give it a try and if all goes well I will upgrade immediately.

Thanks for the quick replies!

Tried the upgrade and I'm buying it now!

Now if you could only put a capture feature in there and the ability to use actions (macros) it would be the cat's @$$

Hey FXhomer26320,

We send the Tip & Tricks CD for a nominal postage charge on request. You'll notice the online version is free. I think we make it clear that you are getting a DVD of what's shown online. The text below is what is displayed on the site.

The entire video can be viewed above but it is also available on DVD for $9.95. Some folks like to have it on DVD.

However, we also carry in depth videos from FXhome and Mark Apsolon from about $29.00 that contain lots of great information. All videos can be viewed at the following url.

The FXhome Beach Landing and SuperHero's is awesome and Mark Apsolon's Chromakey with Digital Photography is great for photographers.
