I have the photokey program and I really love the program I want to order the batch but I find just one problem. When my subject is wearing green anywhere in the clothing, the program remove it. I do all kinds of ajustments in the program and get the green back in the clothing then there is a green shadow on my subject body. I have tried everything possible that I know how to do. If there is anything else that can be done please let me know thank you.

If your subject is wearing any green clothing, you use a blue screen. If you only have a greenscreen, make sure the subject isn't wearing any green.

PhotoKey 2 also has a masking feature that allows you to fix problems like this. But, as Axeman says, generally it's advisable to use a screen colour appropriate to the subject.

I just downloaded the demos of PhotoKey and PhotoKey Batch from the website, but I get PhotoKey Batch version 1.0.0023 and PhotoKey version 1.0.0012d.

It was mentioned above that PhotoKey 2 has a foreground masking tool. How do I get a demo of that version? I just this year added school photography to my list of services. I shot my first job against greenscreen and several children wore green clothing. In that environment it is not practical to be constantly switching backdrops between blue and green, nor can I assume that no one will wear green, even though I ask them not to. So, I need a tool for masking the foreground. Is it safe to assume that the latest version of PhotoKey Batch will also have the masking tool that PhotoKey 2 has?

I would like to trial the latest version before purchasing.

You can download the Photokey 2 demo from the Demo Downloads page. Where did you find a demo of version 1? Are you sure you didn't get Photokey version 2.0.0012? That is the currently downloadable version for Windows (Mac is 2.0.0013).

I went to the product page for each product and selected the "Try The Demo" tab and clicked on the "Download Installer" button. Those pages list the current version as the same as I have.

Hmmm, well, the good news is that those pages also now point to the correct version. Has it been while since you were there to download the demo? If not, perhaps your browser is displaying an old page from its cache and should be manually refreshed.

Your link did bring me to a demo download for PhotoKey 2. I downloaded it and played around with the masking tool. It worked great with an image that I was having particular trouble with using other software. Nice Job!

However, I'm more interested in PhotoKey Batch. The link you provided pointed to the same version demo that I already have, 1.0.0023, which doesn't have a masking tool. Is there a more current version than this? If so, does it have the masking tool? If not, will the next version have the masking tool and when is it scheduled to be released?

PhotoKey Batch currently does not have the masking tools present in Photokey 2. They will be included in a future version, but I don't have a release date for it at this time.
