I have got the green screen clip of tarn turning invisible but i am using that to make him on fire as i do not have a green screen... yet

So i have keyed it and added my own background to it

As you can see on the pic, i am going to start doing my flame on

> be patient, there are going to be a lot of layers

So first get COOL BASIC on grade object

It should look like this

change it to orange and then move on a couple of frames and change it to a different orange

Next step

Go on mask, object mask, and link it to your video
now the whole video dosn't look like it is orange, just you

After that get inferno on the particles ond click on mask, object mask and link it to the video

now the fire should be in you

Nearly there... now get flaming death v2.0
do the same mask, object mask and link it to the video and get it over the whole of your body

wink I have had to use two flaming death v2.0 but you could just use the scale

Last of all

go on inferno and click on mask, object mask and link it to the video

it is in you but for the last bit INVERT IT so fire is coming of you

and it should look as though you are on fire now

Like the human torch

smile ----------------------------------------------------------- biggrin

I don't know if it workes but you can give it a try

it is the finished video of the human torch

Here it goes

i am thinking you have the demo because you have know products activated

if you don't have a green screen this is what to do

follow every step carefully of the tutorial but instead of been able to do an object mask you will have to use the mask tool and go round your self on say the inferno bit and every other bit i have told you. mask the person who is going to be the human torch. then ivert it

masking is harder but it dosn't have to be perfect just use the feather to even it out

i also recomend your video not to be very long as you have to mask all those mili seconds

it is the same as neon light swords

but to make it easy.....er just mask every two seconds

------------------------------------------------------------------------

if you want more help or a tutorial doing just ask

Wow, yeah, thats really cool. Thanks for sharing man!!

Putting the green screen invisible? you mean keying it out? Check out these tutorials for some help with keying- though they are made for Composite Lab, it will work with Vision Lab too.
