I am not able to have a window pop up when I click canvas, import, key icons. I am using Max OSX 10.5.6. Please help me resolve this issue. I really appreciate it. Thanks and Happy Holidays!

It is possible that the Toolbox got undocked and then repositioned so it is offscreen somehow. Try going into the View manu and selecting "Undock Toolbox." This should toggle the tollbox back into its default position.

Let us know if that sorts out the problem for you.

I tried that. I didn't see it came back. Is there a way to delete the preferences or uninstall the app? I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. The problem is still there. Thanks.

For Photokey, the preferences are located in the standard location for your OS, whichever you are running. I'm on a Mac, so they are found in /username/Library/Preferences. On Windows, I'm not sure where exactly it would be found, but there should be a default location for all preference files to land. Try deleting the preferences there, then deleting and re-installing the application.
