I want to know if Visual Lab Studio allows me to make those website videos where a spokesperson walks on to your website and the background is invisible (you can see the website behind their body)?

Yes.

Film your spokesperson.
Use visionlab to remove background
Export as Quick time with alpha

Import on to your webpage on layer in front of your main web content.

No i haven't tried this, so some tinkering maybe required with getting the video with alpha to work...

Good luck.

VisionLab is targeted primarily at video editing with a focus on high quality, and therefore isn't set up to export directly to web-friendly formats, so you may need additional software to convert the alpha'ed footage into a gif or similar format that will work well online. As far as keying the footage and rendering it out with an alpha channel, it will work fine, just be aware that the resulting footage might need a bit more processing to compress it enough to be web-ready.
