I have taken pictures with the green screen and opened them through Photokey with no problem. I recently tried to open another picture and the green screen keeps showing up; it will not allow me to change the background for any picture I open up with a green screen background not even the pictures I opened and printed a couple of weeks ago. Can anybody help me; tell me why the green screen will not disappear?

What key settings are you using? Did you happen to tick the box that turns the Auto Difference Key off?

Hello,

Make sure you are opening the picture with the Green Screen as the foreground. Also as Axeman say's make sure the Auto Difference function is set to "Auto" or "Green".

It's also a good idea to restart PhotoKey to reset all the setting to the defaults.

I have not changed any of the setting; the green screen is showing when the picture is imported whereas before the green screen would not show at all. The background, when imported, does not show up at all in the picture because the green screen covers it. I checked all the setting and set everything to default but no luck; the green screen background still shows in the pictures. HELP?

Can you provide a link to one of the pictures in question?

Have you tried deleting the preferences for Photokey? Is this Photokey 1 or 2?

Providing a sample picture is the best way folks on the forum can help. We can quickly try to isolate the problem using the same source photo.

I'm sure it's something simple.

I checked all settings they have not been changed; the green screen is the background; I checked with several pictures not just one and they ocme up with the greenscreen as the background. I took the background out of a picture through Photoshop and opened it through PhotoKey; the picture has not background and allowed me to add a background but I was not able to modify the pictures or background in any way: scale, rotate, etc.

The program is simply not working correctly. How do I attach a picture to this forum for you to check?[/img]

If the greenscreen is the background, that is the prpblem. The greenscreen image has to be imported as the foreground, so you can add whatever image you want as the background.

To attach a picture, you upload it somewhere and give us a link. If you don't have webspace of your own, you can use www.imageshack.us as a free host.
