The Pro version of which program? Any of the Pro versions of the Lab products can work with and render to a wide variety of compressed codecs in both AVI and .mov formats. Please register your software to receive support.

To receive full support you'll have to register your copy with the website. I suggest you go get it.

Once you have retrieved your serial from the packaging, you can register the software by logging into the account you used to purchase it, and then going here.

You should be able to just call someone who is in the same loation as the package and have them read off the serial number to you. That's all you will need to complete the registration.

The prevalence of piracy in the world we live in requires that precautions be taken. Registering software to receive support is a pretty standard practice.

since you asked so nicely... I'm sure someone will be willing to help you...
Once you register your product.
When you think about it, it shouldn't be that big a deal for you to wait to register your product since it's so far away right?
That means you can't do anything with info that anyone were to give you concerning your question that you requested so "humbly" because you still have to wait till you get back to your product which is so far away, to implement said info which you "demanded" I mean asked for in a nice and civilized manner, from folks that obviously know what they're doing and talking about.
They were nice to you. Do the same for them.
notice that they nicely "asked" you to register your product, not "demanded" of you to follow their policy.
You didn't choose the wrong program or website.
The only thing you didn't do was register your product... Now.

I tried to be nice so much..i didn't ask something that conflict with the terms of the website and i don't think they will die if they answer my simple question..and i don't think this a good idea to reduce piracy as there is should be people have the same case.
people who are using piracy may don't care for support they have a full program for free.
so what now ?

Just be a little patient till you get your product registered, like I said before, you're going to have to wait anyway to get to where your product is located to even be able to use it right?

I agree with spydurhank, if the product is so far away you can't use it? But if you have it where you are and don't have the key that would mean you can't use it correct? But if you could use it all the way over there away from the key than it must be stolen right? These are just some questions going through my mind as I read these posts, so just register and get it over with.

If you're using the full version then it must already be registered to an account here at FXhome.com. You wouldn't be able to install it otherwise.
So all you need to do is make sure you're logged into the correct, product-registered account.
