photokey open page

im having trouble with pulling up the photokey on this computer it only opens with half out and i cant make it biger or move it to the middle of the computer screen so i cn get to the buttons on the left of bottom i deleted it put it on again same thing ....please help

Do you have any specs for 'this computer'? Have you tried deleting the preferences? Can you describe the problem in greater detail? Did you have it working correctly on another computer? Is part of the interface missing, or is it offscreen and you can't reposition it?

it is half off screen ... i got it to move side to side and down but can not get it to move the bottom up to see the background... as you can tell im not real good at computers

Do you know how to check what resolution your monitor is set to? If not, what operating system are you running?

Right then, go to Start > Control Panel and the double-click Display to open the Display Properties. Then click the "Settings" tab to look at the monitor resolution. It should be set to at least 1024 x 768. Can you let us know what yours is set to? You could also try increasoing the resolution of your screen here, and it might reveal the rest of the Photokey window.
