I've noticed that when I edit my profile info and then go back to my profile, the info hasn't been updated. I know that things like this can sometimes take several hours to update, but I was pretty sure that in the past my profile has updated instantly. Any reason for this?

If you edit your account info via your account settings then it should update instantly. Other profile information, like your forum statistics are only refreshed at the end of the day. You may also find that your web browser is caching the page, in which case you could try deleting your cache and refreshing the page.

If it's still not updating could you tell me specifically which field you are trying to update and I'll check it out.

Hmm, well it updated now, it just took a day to do, and now when I tried editing it again and it didn't update instantly again. I was trying to the interests, filmmaking, and computing info. I also tried emptying my browser's cache and that didn't do anything.

It isn't really a big deal or anything, but it's a little odd.
