Howdy All,

Total newbie question..sorry...

I just received my VL software and have began watching the included tutorials, but I must have missed this..

How can I increase the size of the window?
There's no handle in the bottom right corner to drag and resize it and no "window" or "view" option at the very top of the screen like in other programs.

I'm using a laptop and would like to fill the whole screen with VL, if I can.

Thanks,
Gino

hey what's up Gino and welcom.
I'm not sure what you meen by resizing the window?
when you open Vision Lab... does it not cover your entire screen?
Or do you want to increase the size of the canvas?
Thats the part that plays your video clips to add effects.
Near the top right side of the screen in V.L. you'll see an icon that reads "community" directly to the right of the icon theres a slider.
By left clicking on your mouse and dragging the arrow, you can resize the canvas by sliding it left "smaller" or right "larger".
Sorry if this doesn't answer your question but I hope it helps. smile

Hey, thanks Spydurhank!

Exactly. It only uses a little more than half of the available scrreen space.

Not the canvas, I've got that down pat, but the whole program window itself. It's kinda small and if I could resize the window to fit my screen, I'd be able to see some things better within the program.

Thanks!

The window size is controlled in the Program preferences. If you go to Edit > Preferences, there you can either set a pixel size for the window, or just tick the "Fullscreen" box to have it fit to your screen.
