Does anyone know how to do a dramatic zoom where it would zoom up really fast on someones eyes or face? The zoom that comes with my camera is slow and I want to know if there is a way to edit with effects lab pro to give it that effect.

Zoom with your camera, or (better yet) dolly in with your camera, then speed up the footage until it is as fast as you want it. Probably just as well to do it in your editor, though you can change the speed in EffectsLab as well.

Right-click the layer name, and select "Set speed..." Type in the speed you want as a percentage.
