Here is your chance to show off your website. Just follow theese steps:
1: reply to this forum with your website URL in the post.
2: Tell what your site is for.
I will leave a post saying that I saw your site. Well I cant really offer anything but bragging right as the prize. You have until Febuary 28 to post your site. 5 nominees that I think are best will be put into this post a poll. You will then have until April first to vote. biggrin

This is the official site for my band, which I recently did a re-design on. Some of the content is still not up (like the image galleries), but the main site is up and running. I hope to get the final bits done shortly.

Movie Kid, I was actually going to write about how much of a waste this topic is, but seeing as it's got Axeman to put on his Bands page which I've been looking for ever since getting the EP it's not so much of a waste now biggrin

Sorry Bolbi... hmm two posts no site? And advertisements is how I get some of my clients into my studio. It's not an evil thing, perhaps it's a distasteful way to do business, but we do live in a capitalist society at least here in America.

Ok Moonloon, just a word of advice, when you are on forums such as this, its not smiled upon to make more then one post at a time, more then one can be called "post spamming", and usually gets many people here angry, so I would suggest just editing the first one that you made by clicking on the edit button on the upper right hand part of your post, and adding the stuff in there. Just to help bud.

These are all still "sites", you're making things up.

Here's mine, which isn't really a site, but a collection of data files hosted on a server. Which is really just a very large collection of sub-atomic particles that happens to look a lot like a server.

www.dennisandronnie.com

I suck at HTML, so the site is the same as it's been for a few years. Also, there are a bunch of other things that are super messed up. Hopefully I'll get around to fixing it someday.

Just a general overview on what I have been working on. There are production stills for each project as well as the full movie. Some projects have behind the scenes footage and links to the website promoting the film.

There's also a news link to some of our upcoming projects and ideas that are in development. To top it all off the home page includes a showreel of my most recent work.

Best,

http://www.jimbofilm.com - movie site of my filmmaking studio.

We only started it late last year, to host our new movie (available in FXhome cinema). We gradually add content, while working on new projects.

As we don't really know php, the look of the website is created in the www creator. It's not bad, but hopefully we will be able to find someone to help us design website without creator limitations some day.

Neat site you got there. If I have any criticism, I think it'd be that the content is pretty much 50% L4D, 40% PC console ports and 10% other stuff. wink

Hehe. Well, unfortunately I didn't have time to update in January, hence it's still looking a little L4D-obsessed.

It's always going to be overwhelming PC-centric, because that's what I play on. I don't even own any current-gen consoles (I've got a Wii, but I don't count that as a console).

Oh yeah, I guess I could add my movie/game review blog, which is linked from my personal page but is kind of hidden.

http://arreck.blogspot.com/

I've got 23 reviews up so far, and they're all very short to make sure people actually read them through (heh).

Well my friends and I do the judging, but the FXhome Community can vote on the top five do. Right now I don't have much to offer, but bragging rights. It might also bring some more traffic to the winner's site.

Well my friends and I do the judging, but the FXhome Community can vote on the top five do. Right now I don't have much to offer, but bragging rights. It might also bring some more traffic to the winner's site.
Alright. Cool. Thanks for letting me know.

The site for the business my wife runs full time and which employs me part time [web design, print design, photography + dogs body smile]. DT Craft & Design sells yarn, fibre, dyes and equipment for textile crafters.

Don't expect flashy Flash and graphic heavy content. The aim of the site is to be simple and easy to access on as many platforms and to as many users as possible. It's all W3C validated and uses CSS throughout (though it needs as update from the original table based page structure which has served me well since 2005). I've just updated the gallery to show thumbnails of submitted pictures rather than the previous somewhat lumbering page by page previous incarnation.

I doubt the content will be of interest to many FX Homers but please tell your mothers / wives / partners / sisters (delete as applicable) and thanks for the free link to boost my Google rating FX Home smile
