Hey there!
Congratulations on your new computer. Getting a new one is always so cool.

Okay, to get your software onto the new computer:
-If you haven't already, on your OLD computer, uninstall the fxhome software as it can only be installed on 1 computer at a time.
-On the new computer, log onto www.fxhome.com, click on 'my account' at the right top of the screen or to pass the next step, click here: http://fxhome.com/account/downloads
-On the right side, there is a menu section that has cinema, fxperience, etc. If you go down, you'll find a heading that says products. Click on the blue link underneath that says downloads and key files.

-Enter your password
-Choose the program(s) that you wanted to download. Make sure you pick the proper installer (windows or mac)

-Then download the key program and open it in the fxhome software

Hope that helps! smile For more help, go here: http://fxhome.com/support/install

Sorry for the double post, but no this is not in the correct thread. Next time if you put it in composite lab or effects lab help that would be better as more people who know how to fix it would find it. One of the mods will move it eventually.
