I have been using PhotoKey without an issue at all for a few months. However today the "Director Player Error" has appeared.

I have tried re-installing - no joy.

I updated my version of Quicktime - no joy.

I do not have Active-X on the machine and anyway I can't install it as internet access to my studio machine was cut-off yesterday (is this a co-incidence I wonder - is a lack of internet access causing the issue)?

I followed the directions for a full clean re-install - but it is not Photokey specific so the relevant folers are not there.

Anyone else get anything like this for the PhotoKey product? Any further suggestions as to what to do?
