Hello me again! It won't let me download the credits that say "FXhome" with the explosion in the background or anything! Can anyone help? You know in the cinema.

They are downloading ok for me. What happens when you try to download them? Are you right-clicking the download button and selecting the download option?

Save it...import it at the end or start of your film...your done.

It says (after i click the "impot media" button) "Sting Expected <Void>" and when i click ok it says "Object expected". Then it brings up the import bar (to show progress) and it is stuck at 0. PLEASE HELP!

There aren't types of Quicktime. Quicktime is a multimedia framework, for playing back video, audio, interactive images, etc. Mostly we are focused on the video part of it here, but it all installs together. And its free. (Quicktime Pro costs money, and is worth it, but isn't necessary for this situation. The free player will do just fine)Go get it.

How are you editing everything together?
The best way is to edit and import your credit in a editing software, Sony Vegas/ Windows Movie Maker/Adobe Premire, and your Lab product is used to create effects on the video itself.
As for the String unexpected have you tried a clean reinstall?
