how do i render a picture i make lego videos and i wanna put effects in them and i cant figure out how to render a picture

When you go to render settings chose Image Stream (png, tga) Now move the timeline bar to the frame that you want to render. At The top left of the screen there is a little icon of a TV screen. Click that and follow the normal render procedure.

Let me know when your video is done. That is of course if you are putting it on the internet. biggrin

Are you wanting to render a single frame?
If so... under render settings click on "render current frame".

Why don't you just edit and put the entire video together, then add effects, that way you'll be able to save so much time.
