In 2040 the robots has declare war against the humans, but the humans won't let them take over the world...

Made it with only my brother and my camera

Very well made, good sound effects and camera angles. A few things the improve on might be to add shadow/ash pile after to explosions, otherwise it doesn‘t look real. Apart form that it was great.

I liked your 180 pan of the actors on the ground, very well sot and masked. I also liked the sound effects you gave to the "vertically challenged" robot.

Well done! I really liked the music. Music is over looked alot in small films. Sound effects were great also. Great use of angles too.

Just keep making movies, you'll get better with each one!!!

Dude!!!
John the robot was bad-ass!
Hope you don't mind me saying so but the blood was a tad bit off "grading, and color" but everything else was so right on. Great, great job!
There's nothing, I mean nothing better than robots fighting humans. Danger Will Robinson, danger! biggrin

Rating: -1

i am really sorry you feel offended but you must allow me to give my opinion, the robot was effective and the muzzle flashes were realistic but why you gave my a -1 i do not know

Thanks for you comments!
Just wondering if you see that the movie is jumping over frames? can you see that the muzzle flashes aren't flashing correct, like in the beginning when the robot is shooting from only one hand, but infect I made flashes on both? It wasn't like that before I uploaded it to YouTube.

Or is just me?

The missing muzzle flashes might be due to deinterlacing. If your source was interlaced, it's possible that the muzzle flashes existed only on single fields. If YouTube then deinterlaced the footage, it might have dumped that field.

it's strange because when I'm watching the movie on my iPod Touch on youtube it doesn't jumps over frames, it looks great! Maybe because of smaller screen ?

The iPhone and iPod Touch use different video files to normal computers, so it's possible that they were encoded using slightly different tactics.

Ok, well I don't won't to export and upload it again so I will just remember it to the next time I upload a movie.
In Final Cut Pro there is two options when I'm exporting, interlaced and progressive, will I choose progressive next time to not having the same problem?

Awesome! Music and all. A couple of the effects look a bit pasted, but hey, it's better than I've done yet.

You can get get the bullet ricotchets and the bullet trails here: http://www.detonationfilms.com/Stock_Directory.html

It's a nice website with real effects and many of them is for free ! biggrin

Then you need to put the effects into your movie with chroma-key and choose the color of the background of the effect.
Please ask me for more information if you need !

Thanks, and I hope they enjoy my movie TemporalCoder ! wink

Sound effects and visuals where pretty good. And some of the cinematography wasn't that bad either. The only problem I had was how he killed the robot. It seemed a little... well... not epic unsure . Other then that it was good for the most part.
