Hello Tarn,
This applies only to Windows XP / Vista 32bit versions where the PC has 4GB of ram installed.

Have a quick read from the following link particularly in the 'Background' section, will give you a basic outline.

My 3D animation application has just had this option/capability added into the code for any 32bit users so now i have almost 3GB of ram available to the application as opposed to 2GB

If Visionlab etc are/have been made 'Large Address Aware' then the 3GB of ram will be available to it too - Nearly 1GB extra ram could make a huge difference.
