It means you have an invalid program key file and that you need to contact FXHome wink

I'd try re-downloading your key from the Downloads tab at the top of the screen, and then select My Programs and Keys.

If Effectslab doesn't work properly after re-downloading the key, then it would probably be best to get in touch with the team directly. Giving them a step by step account of how you come across this error and anything significant you may have done prior to the error appearing (such as moving folders around, re-installing or updating effectslab etc).

Hope that helps,

Rather than downloading the key file, just use the activation wizard when you first run the program and enter your FXhome.com login details. Make sure you've installed the latest version of the program for that.
