I'm looking for a plug in that would be used as the swirling tail of a djinn, or genie. I'm looking for swirling smoke, dust, mist, ect.

Essentially, I guess this would be a tornado plug-in, re-tasked. But I didn't see a tornado plug in anywhere, so, I make this request.

Anyone think this is do-able?

I found a 3DS Max plugin for a tornado effect. It allowed you to create a simple tornado without registration otherwise it cost something like $100 US, which I can't afford.

The effect I created kinda looked ok, but it was a big fat tornado and just looked like smudge when exported as a series of frames for AlamDV.

I have not had enough time to try and make it really thin to see what difference it makes.
