Hi everyone, it hasn´t really something to do with alamdv but for all star trek fans out there who like those flashy Lcars animations as seen in ST:TNG, ST:VOY and ST:DS9 check this site out: http://www2.odn.ne.jp/~lcarsmania/f-anima.htm
the writings are in japan but I think it won´t be a problem to find the download button.
I hope this helps enjoy!

Thanx everybody, I´ve searched a long time for Lcars animations and than I´ve found this site with google and the search-words "lcars panel flash"
I´m trying to make a star trek fanfilm, I allready did a star wars fanfilm "The Trashfighters" which is in the cinema section, unfortunately isn´t the quality very good. To make a star trek fanfilm I like to use federation suits, but I´m a very tall guy so it´s hard to get a suit that fits me. But if I get all my equipment together I will start filming. I have some great ideas about a fighting szene in the mountains. Does somebody else planing to make an star trek fanfilm?

I had thought of it, and tested the water with a short film " call me a spaceman" that used blue screen with the new enterprise as the back drop.
but like anything i do i would want to go full and and get costumes, but i'm sure you'll have the same problem as me, when you ask your friends to buy their own costumes.....( always seems to be one person that goes all out, and your friends ride on your waves...)
i guess the best place to start a trek film would be at a convention, the people have costumes, and are real trekkers ( trekkies ).
I would really love to see a S.T. film on here. if theres anything i can help you with it let me know.
( sorry for writing so much,)

The way i was thinking of doing a Star Trek fan film is to base it on an idea similar to the voyage home film where Starfleets finest return to modern day earth.

Hi, just come up with an idea.
say no if you think it's stupid.
How about WE MAKE A TREK FILM across the world., we could pm the story across anyone intrested either in starring or helping with effects etc.
for example. one of you could be a pilot of a abandand shuttle craft, and another person could be a captain of a starship, ( the two people never need to meet, only view the viewscreen.)
and so on.
we could do a 5 min film to start with and see how it goes, this way we only pay for the costumes we use.
would ya, could ya. ?

I think the idea is very workable with diffferent people responsable
for their allocated scene/scenes etc. of course someone will have
to be in charge of the project and control editing/assembly.
