I bought the software from tubetape,how the heck do I get it

I bought PhotoKey 2 from tubetape.com, but now I don't know where I download it from. I tried logging in to this website with the same account credentials that I had for tubetape, but it didn't work.

I NEED THIS SOFTWARE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
SOMEONE PLEAS HELP!

Probably best to contact Tubetape if that's where you purchased it. If you ordered the digital download, and not the physical delivery, then they ought to have sent you an email with instructions in it. Probably worth double-checking it didn't end up in your junk email box.

sales@tubetape.com to email them. I dunno if they are working on the weekend, but somebody will get back to you by Monday for sure. Their support is really quite excellent.

they emailed me with the invoice and all, but no instructions to how I can actually get it.

Did you try emailing them back asking for instructions? Or calling them to ask? Also, it might be worth double-checking your invoice to make sure you didn't inadvertantly order the boxed product, rather than the download version.

they have yet to reply. I emailed them yesterday.

and their customer service only runs on weekdays

Ah, I was afraid of that. The same is true of FXhome; they are only in the office on weekdays as well.

Very funny to read. I'm experiencing exactly the same. Though, I've just received an email confirming my order was shipped... and all I need is an email with the serialnumber, or a link to where I can download the programme. Pretty weird..

Once you get the serial number, you can go to the link Tarn provided above to register your product, after which you can access the downloads page.
Did you try giving them a call?
