every time i try to use presets, an error pops up. I tried to find out whats wrong and i found out that their were some letters which i don't think are suppose to be their. Their were some chinese letters (i use chinese windows xp) when i don't think its supposed to be. Here is what it looks like:

The Lab products don't include support for different alphabets, so it's unlikely to work on XP if you're working with the Chinese language.

Sorry about that.

On the chance that this isn't actually language-related, could you give us some more info about when exactly you get the error message? Can you use the presets that installed with the software? Is it just installing new presets that doesn't work?

If it is language-related, is there anything i can download which allows me to read the script?

All I can recommend is changing your OS to an ASCII language such as English and reinstalling, although even then I'm not 100% sure that'll work as Windows may still operate differently.

Sorry about this - it's something we're looking into fixing for our future software.
