how do i make lava?

hi im making a star wars film at the moment it going really well but i need to make lava in a part off it can anyone help me????????

Anyway, in effectslab there no current presets, and you can't download them either - you didn't purchase any software. But anyway, to make lava, maybe try an extent of muzzle flashes, grade it properly, and it might turn out to be a crude shot of lava.

You might find it helpful to rent the DVD's of either Volcano or Dante's Peak, I think they both have special features discussing how they created lava effects, though I can't remember for sure.

The possible number of variations of shots involving lave is practically infinite though, and would require many different methods to achieve, so a bit more specific info about what you need the lava to do might be helpful.
