Can you explain more clearly what is happening? Do the effects layers disappear from the timeline? Do the effects continue for a while, but then at a certain frame the stop appearing? Or do they completely disappear after a period of time, so that no matter where you go on the timeline, they are no longer visible, but they still show on the timeline? These are a few different ways I thought of quickly in which your comment could be translated, and each would indicate a different issue. Please provide as much detail as you can about your situation, and we should be able to find a resolution quickly.

Ok, when i watch the video some effects don't show in the video but they're still on the timeline. Like i'm watching the video and it's going smoothly but then out of no where 1 or 2 effects are'nt visible but then it goes smoothly and then out of no where some more effects are missing, sometimes a bunch, but they're all still on the timeline.

When you position the playhead on a frame where the effects should be, do you see them? Are they invisible just during playback, or when you go through frame by frame are they still invisible?

What type of effects are they? Is the visibility button for each layer on the timeline green?

Just during playback some are invisible, when i went through frame by frame they were all there. all the visibility buttons are green. The effects are just muzzel flashes and neon lights.

OK, thanks for checking that. Have you Preview rendered prior to playback? If some of the frames with effects haven't been preview rendered then they could get skipped during playback.

Just to double-check, I've assumed you are talking about watching the clip within the program; is this correct or do you mean after you render? If you mean after you render, then its probably a matter of interlacing.

I've had this happen on my first time playing through effectslab, particularly with muzzle flashes.

Try extending the duration of the muzzle flashes to 3-5 frames if you haven't done so already (maybe slightly longer). You should be able to see the muzzle flashes when you render your movie out again.

Not sure what stopped this from happening a second time for me, but I think it was an interlacing issue.

Hope that helps.
