2 sound layer for clones

Hi hope someone can help me.
I got this problem where when i make clones in a video i can only get the sound layer for 1 clone. It would be rally nice if someone help me with this.

Audio should be done in your video editing program. Then, after you have composited a shot in CompositeLab, you can just bring it back into your editor and line up the audio.

Im using a mac and Imovie. But can i get a better program for cheap?
