could some one make a preset (or alamdv2 pluggin) of a dirt dirt explosion like the one in the hurt locker trailer when the car blows up? thanks!

That can't be done as a preset, You need either a practical effect or stock footage. The effects already linked represent about the best that can be done as a preset.

Axeman you are once again right. That can only be achieved with stock footage or a Very, Very powerful Effects Software such as After Effects CS4. Your best bet to replicate it would be to use some stock footage because I doubt anyone wants to pay $1000 (or has it) to make 1 effect in AE.
So for you need stock footage!
