I am so new to this. I took pictures with a green screen and have good light on the screen and the pictures look good. when I take the green out, it also makes the black pants, and shoes, turn semi transparent. is there a way to protect certain areas so it isn't removed? I also had part of a brass instrument disappear due to a slight refection. HELP if you can.

Click on the "KEY" button at the left side of the screen. A toolbox on the right side should open. The second box says "auto color difference key" and the bottom box will say "spill suppression". You can play around with the sliders to see if you can get what you want.

Its quite likely that you have some green spill on the pants and such, causing them to key out with the rest of the green. Its impossible to tell for certain without seeing an image. If you upload one, we can tell you exactly what is going on, and how to avoid it. Otherwise, its just guesswork at best.
