My Film jumps frames!

With my film on EffectsLab It Jumps a frame and replacesit with a frame from else where in my film. And it effects my final rendered movie

Can you give us the format specifics of the video that has this issue?

It was a avi from a digital camara and i used DV Video Encoder

Hmm. Have you checked the footage without putting it in Effects Lab?

Thanks, but even more info would be helpful. Resolution? Aspect ratio? Codec? Framerate? Scan method?

When you say digital camera, I assume you mean not a video camera, but a digital still camera with video capabilities? Do you have any webspace you could upload a bit of the video to, so we could test it?

It Has 720 X 480 Resolution DV Video Encoder Codec Framerate 30frs i don't know what you mean my aspect ratio but it's a normal camera and i'm afraid i don't have any webpage
