Pardon me if my exhaustive search missed any prior answers to this question:
When running Windows XP and you want to import an image into your project, you click on Import > Change > and then FXHome's "Import Background (or Foreground) Image" window pops up. Is there a way to NOT have to select to show the "thumbnails" of the images in the folder each and every time?
Is there a way to have the "thumbnails" of the images show up by default when importing an image into the background or foreground?
This is a more than minor annoyance that I cannot seem to resolve.
Any help on this one, please?
Thanks!

Looking at the function used when constructing an open file dialog, there doesn't seem to be a flag which can set to show "thumbnail view". In the machine I'm using (running Windows Vista), the dialog simply uses the last view mode I selected. If this is not happening for you, another workflow would be to just open a Windows Explorer window, set that to thumbnail view and drag&drop from that window into the thumbnail preview window within PhotoKey, this is another way to import images, and may actually be quicker and more efficient way for you to work.

Yes, that is where the frustraion lies. In fact, even within the same project, if you decide to change the background or foreground, it reverts back to the list view when the window reopens upon clicking "change".

Yes, it will, but only the first time, not subsequent times.

Thanks for this idea, but see my first comment, above. Even with another window open initially, when you click "Change" it overrides the other window and reverts to its bad habits.

This is such an annoyance to me when working on multiple projects, that I am surprised no one else seems to mention it. This is why I wonder if it is behavior of my PC, or I am missing something. I otherwise think this is great sofware! Can an FXhome Tech help here??
