Soft edges or halo

When cutting out images, the software seems to produce soft images around our subjects. It does a fantastic job cutting them out, almost completely flawless, but the edges are not sharp... Are we doing something wrong?

Please provide a link to an image, so we can get an idea of what may improve it. There are undoubtedly things that can be done to improve the situation, but without seeing a sample its not really possible to identify specifics.

Try going to the 'Effects' section and turning off the light spill - that might be what you're interpreting as 'soft edges'.
