original backgrounds gone

I upgraded the photokey 2 lite and now I can't get my backgrounds from the original copy what is up with that

The Photokey software has never been provided with a large selection of backdrops. If you had backdrops, they were likely part of a backdrop collection that you purchased along with the software. If so, you should still have those backdrops on a disc or in a download somewhere.

Did you purchase the software from FXhome, or from a reseller?

PhotoKey 2 Lite comes with a selection of backdrops provided by Westcott. These are installed to the same folder as your software.

If you still have PhotoKey Lite installed you can find the images in the PhotoKey 2 Lite installation folder. If not, you can simply reinstall from your CD to access them again.

You might want to copy the images to somewhere more convenient, such as your pictures folder.
