Just installed windows 7, really much better/quicker than Vista but when i installed photokey pro 2 it doesn;'t load. The installation is finished but when i want to run the program it appears to be loading but after about 10 seconds it just stops with the loading cursor and nothing happens.
Anyone got a solution?

before upgrading my laptop was using vista, here it was working ok (not fast) but in 7 it does nothing.
I noticed that 7 has a virtual machine installed so i've tried it on a virtual xp machine, here it worked fine.
I've also tried in 7 to change the compatibility to vista and xp, but both doesn;t change a thing.
I will try a clean install tomorrow, hopefully this will help

This is the first we've heard of any Windows 7 issue with PhotoKey 2. We'll look into it ASAP.

Are you using the latest version? (2.0.0021 for PhotoKey 2 Pro.)
Also, exactly what version of Windows 7 are you using? And is it 32-bit or 64-bit? And is this a beta/release candidate of Windows 7, or the final version?

Did you upgrade your laptop from Vista to Windows 7? Or did you perform a clean installation of Windows 7 (formatting your hard disk)?

Hmmm. I'm also running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 here and haven't had any problems with PhotoKey (or our other software).
Are you able to come into the chatroom? That might be easier than here!http://fxhome.com/chat/
