I think I know how to do the ripple effect! twisted (I can't personally do it, but this should help someone who can.) Instead of having the ripples relect the background, just have the ripples as being a white blur, with a transparency control. Thus, you could "fudge" the effect, by having a ripple, but making it see-through enough to fit your own needs! biggrin Hope the idea will work. I would use it if the blur is high quality. The ripple DOSEN'T NEED to warp the background depending on the shot.(Not yelling.)

erm,
does the question mean " how many films on here, or how many made with alam or how many in total "

i've lost count of the number of films, music videos, documentries etc.
i only have 1 film on here but i have made more than 10 lol

That plugin idea of yours -

basically just white rings that expand? it'd look hypnotizing.

or actually you can just take that sweet shockwave plugin and stick that in a pattern yourself . . . . . rolleyes

I meant a light white. A clearish white blur.

There was this guy called Benny and he could make all sorts of effects he did a bullet ripple thingy, using some 3d type thing. Although from the number of times the word "thing" has appeared so far, I'm sure you can tell I'm not the most technically proficient user on here" I'll see if i can find his webpage.

It's all a little to technical for me to understand, I'm sure someone will be able to make sense of it.

Is there someone who can "convert" http://taurusfilmprod.hollywood.com/bullettrail/bullettrail.htm
to a 3dsmax tutorial or something, 'cause I can't understand Jack Sch*t about Lightwave, I can understand 3dsmax better.
