Okay, I downloaded the preset for the Twilight Realm atmosphere, the one with the rotating and rising pixels, but there's a problem. They rise WAY to fast. A lot like many other presets, the particles move too fast. Could someone help me with this?

Hey,
You should lower the particle rate, and the particle max accordingly. Also the gravity should be increased (in a downward direction)
Hope this helps,

On the sidebar, scroll down until you see something that looks like this.

Click on the one on top. A box will pop up. Move the arrow on the side down to completely change its speed. I hope that helps!- Storm Grenade

Slowing down a particle effect can be complex, depending on the effect and what attributes are adjusted in it. for a detailed explanation of the settings to consider and possibly adjust, check the knowledgebase article How can I change the speed of a particle effect?"

Also, I have moved this to the support forum where it belongs. Try to keep your posts in the correct areas, please.

For both VisionLab and EffectsLab, it is under the Effects heading. Alternately, searching the knowledgebase for "particle" or "speed" should bring it up quickly.
