Hello,

is it possible to automatically replace the green-/bluescreen with a background image, display this composition immediately and save the image for new photos that will arrive in the hot folder?

i take tenthousands of pictures on events a year, and i'm planning to use a greenscreen place, where people can get pictures taken and i want them to see the result right after the shot!

if not, this would be a great feature for a new version!

If you have your background already in place, the composition will display as soon as you select the image from the list. There's not a way to automatically save the composition that I am aware of.

PhotoKey doesn't have the kind of automation you are asking, I'm afraid, it does require some user interaction still.

Ohh jeah, this feature would be a must have for me also.
And if you are working on this please implement the autoprint feature also!

Please please give us those features.

I was here specifically looking for this type of feature. It would be awesome to be able to have Photo Key automagically process an image that shows up in one folder and save it with the same file name to a different folder. And the auto print feature would be nice too, but I have photo booth software that automatically takes the pics and creates the printed output. This feature would definitely get me to upgrade.

I am new to this software and to green screen photography. How do I find info on using hot folders. I would like to take the picture and have it display on my computer screen. Obviously I would like to import a background and print. I'm shooting my class reunion and would like to have this available at the event.

The Hot folder should be clearly explained in the manual that comes with the program (in the Help menu). Basically, you select any folder on your computer to use as a Hot folder. Any images you import into this folder will automatically import into PhotoKey, so you can add a background and print it or whatever. But the Hot Folder prevents you from having to import each image; every image added to the Hot folder automatically imports into PhotoKey.

Remember, the hot folder is a feature only available in the Pro version of Photokey
