I would have to think the problem would be the format or the codec from visionlab. Try changing your codec if you use quicktime (Animation is best). If you use AVi or anything for rendering out of Visionlab try changing your filetype. I don't use pinnacle but make sure it supports what ever filtype you use.
EDIT: I believe this is my 300th post,,,

I would guess it is a format issue. VisionLab, for example, doesn't recognize files that aren't in .mov or .avi format. Other files just won't show up in the Import window. You may have a similar issue with Pinnacle. Perhaps it is only compatible with .avi files, and you are rendering to Quicktime? Or the other way round, but the first thing I would try is using the other container (or format) in the render settings.

Are you saving the project (as a VisionLab project file) or rendering it (to an AVI or MOV video file)?

a blue screen? Maybe try importing your clips into another program, to test if the problem is with premiere (WMM would do for tests), it seems as though the issue is a not a stereotype problem. Also, did the problem just come up and has worked for awhile, or did you get a new camera/computer/program?

What render settings are you using from VisionLab? What codec are you selecting? If it works in WMM after rendering, but not in Pinnacle, that would indicate the the issue is not with your camera, or in fact with the rendered file itself, but rather a compatibility issue with Pinnacle. Did switching the render format as I suggested before have any impact on the problem?

What format are the raw clips? Do those work in Pinacle?
