Does anyone have a virtual set tutorial? I need to make someone sit at a desk and I am brand new to this.

Thanks very much fro those tools. They will be very useful. I was hoping to see a step by step tutorial of how to create the illusion of sitting behind a desk like the demo video shows here:http://fxhome.com/compositelab-pro

It might actually be easier to just set up the desk in front of the greenscreen and film the actor and desk all at once, but if you want to add the desk later, a basic mask can quickly remove any bits of the actor that overlap onto the desk. Add the mask to the layer with the actor on greenscreen, and adjust it so it follows the edges of the desk. As long as the layer with the desk is below the greenscreen layer, you'll be set.
