We're taking a break for a few days to recharge our batteries and spend time with our families, so we won't be able to reply as quickly as normal to support queries and emails. Please do continue to contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible after we return on January 4th.

This does not affect the FXhome.com online store, so you can still order our products during Christmas. Download versions are made available instantly so that you can start using your software straight away.

We hope everybody has a great Christmas and New Year! See you in 2010.

Reminds me of the conducter of the Polar Express.

Hehe. Not as creepy as the Joker one. I can get used to it.

Well you kinda look like one of the village people now, but it doesn't give me nightmares, so I'd give it a pass smile

Yeah, we're getting a lot of snow here. Malone's visiting at the moment and is supposed to be flying back down south tomorrow, but we'll see what happens! I trudged to work and had snow halfway up to my knees by the time I arrived at work. Very unusual for this part of the country.

The problem with being in a temperate climate like the UK is that it's difficult to prepare for the occasional extremes. The government can't really invest in decent snow procedures when it only happens every 5-10 years. Which means that the whole country grinds to a halt when it does happen!

To pick up the brief climate change topic raised in that MSNBC article, here's an interesting and informed follow-up from The Guardian: http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/blog/2010/jan/06/cold-snap-climate-sceptics
