I want to know how I can combine my 2 softwares, adobe premiere elements withcomposite lab?

Its fairly simple, really. You edit your video in Premiere. Then, export the scenes you wish to add effects to, to either .mov or .avi format. Open one of those files in CompositeLab, and composite away. When you are finishes with your compositing, render from compositelab to a .mov or .avi file. Import that new file back into Premiere, and use it to replace the original clip you exported. Repeat for each scene which needs effects work or compositing.
