Is there a tutuorial for creating overlays in PhotoShop for use with Photo Key 3?

I am unsure of a tutorial. However, it should simply be a case of cutting out the bit you want in PhotoShop (which I assume is what you want to overlay) then paste it into a new document with a transparent background and save as a PNG.

Photokey should be able to deal with that easily.

All the backgrounds and layovers i use are created with photoshop.

For the background a JPG file is enough. For the overlay use a PNG file because JPG can't handle opacity.
