I have done a clean install of VisionLab 1.005.100 (the current version) and somehow I can't seem to find any of my presets. The program registers them when I try to import them singly as already being in the presets folder, yet when I click on the icons while running the program I don't see any of the preset lists. Can anyone help. Thanks.

What OS are you running?

Try navigating into your Documents folder, and locate the FXhome folder. Open that, and navigate down to the Presets folder for VisionLab 1.5, and see if the preset files are in place there. If they are, try selecting them all from there and importing them.

Thanks Axeman, I tried what you said and all that it said was that some of the presets I tried to import were already imported and they skipped those ones. Yet, I still have no presets available. It used to work just fine until I did a clean reinstall and now I have no idea what to do.

Thanks for trying that, I wasn't sure if it would work or not. At this point, the best bet is probably to perform another clean re-install. And double-check the instructions to make sure you didn't inadvertantly skip a step last time.
