Just wondering... is it possible to merge accounts at all?
I used to be here as padawanNick, but it's been so long since I'd used that account I didn't even think to use it when I ordered PhotoKey.

Would be nice to have those "points" roll over so I could at least get close to a thumbnail sized avatar instead of a pinky-nail sized one. :p

If its the FXperience your worried about go back to using your old account. Just change the username if you have to.

Thanks for the tip.
It's just that, I have no idea what my password was and the email account I was using back then is no longer valid. sad
Besides, the FXeperience isn't any higher than what this account has ... but the two accounts merged might add up to a bigger image.

It's not a big deal, really.
Just curious if it was something easy that the mods could do.

Have fun.

The mods can't perform that sort of action, but if you email the team, or submit a ticket explaining the situation, somebody at HQ could manage that for you I'm sure.

Although we can move the products around so that you've got all your purchases under a single account, we can't move associated points etc as well.

You can transfer FXperience between the accounts Here. It'll take a while but that your only option really.

Actually, I own Composite Lab on one account, and Effects Lab on this one. How do I transfer Effects Lab over to that one?
