I would like to export my finished product as a TIFF or JPEG, can this be down from FX3 or do I have to upgrade to FX3 Pro?

Yes, you can export to TIFF, JPEG or PNG from any version of PhotoKey. Select the format you want in the Export toolset, and click the big export button.

Is there a particular problem you are having with exporting we can help you with?

Hi Axeman,

Thanks for that tip, I could not see how to do it.. It was always exporting as a PNG which I then had to convert... Woohoo, no more converting ! smile

For me, the only way I can save an image (export)is as a PNG. Does anyone know why the only way to export an image as a JPEG or TIFF is if you do a Batch Export, rather than a single image? Thanks.

You can do a single export to whichever format you want. You still have to make your selections in the Batch Export toolset, but when you export a single image, it will use whatever format you have selected there.

Thanks. It wasn't terribly clear regarding to Batch or not.

Yes, it is perhaps not as clearly marked as would be ideal, but the Batch export toolset controls all the export options.

I just discovered something interesting. If I export via the little green arrow at the top of the menu, I can export any supported format. If I try to export via the dropdown menu option "Export canvas", my only choice is PNG. Must be a bug in coding.
