You wouldn't need unzip or anything else to un-zip the folder (assuming your using windows). Copy the folders into my videos (or anywhere else for that matter, just take em' off the hard drive). Then select the folder and on the left hand side there ought to be an option " extract all files
" Run it and the folder extraction wizard will do it's job. Then import the video file in effectslab.
