I'm trying to load photokey 2 lite...when I put the disk into my computer...it doesn't load up...so I click run look at the programs...click on windows...then click on photokey installer...and I keep getting a message that reads: that it's not a valid win32 application...please help if you can.

What's the exact name of the installer file you're trying to run? The disc has both the Mac and PC installers on it, so it could be that you're accidentally trying to launch the Mac installer.

J:\Windows\FXhome_PhotoKey_2_Lite_Installer.exe when I click on that it comes back with is not a valid win32 application

Hmm, its possible that the disk is bad, which is uncommon but not impossible. If so, you should contact your retailer, where you purchased the disk, or else contact Westcott, who distributes PhotoKey Lite, at

800-886-1689 or info@fjwestcott.com

Although FXhome developed PhotoKey Lite for Westcott, we don't directly distribute it ourselves. Westcott should be able to set you up with either a replacement disk or access to a download version of your software though.

well thanks for that info I even bought something online to try and fix a win32...but that didn't even help...I thought it was just my computer...I don't have any kind of numbers in that exe. file...thats what makes me think it's a bad disk...

The backdrops should install here:

C:\Program Files\FXhome PhotoKey 2 Lite\Background\100 Digital Backgrounds

If they aren't there, you'll probably have to re-install.
