problem on screen

hi guys how is going? i need a help

let me tell you what I have to do to make a video

first my video camera is (Canon Vixia HF S11) when i save to my video01.MTS

so Fxhome will not accept this it need .avi or .mov

so i have the program like (window movie make ) is (AVS Video Editor 4)
when i save the video i can save .avi or .mov so i save .mov

ok when i open the fxhome is ask me the size for screen so i write 848 width and 484 height

and when i chose the video i save it is gave me lag lag why ??????? so can any one tell me or at lest help how to but the video plz

If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you're opening the video in VisionLab and immediately playing it, or playing it after adding some grading or effects.

I have never in my life heard of video using the resolution you mentioned. Is that actually the resolution of your Vixia camera, or did you just select those numbers at random?

As far as the lag lag why, I'm strongly suspecting that alienux is on the right track, and it is related to your not having preview rendered yet. If this isn't the problem, please provide greater detail describing the issue, and we will proceed from there.
