So I am very pleased with my copy of effects lab pro. But recently there have been glitches. you know how you can just drag or double click any preset or effect onto the timeline? well recently it won't let me do that. when i double click a preset a box comes up saying "string expected. <void>" then " director player error. object expected" i know there really isn't a way to stop this glitch. but i'm wondering if it is possible to delete effects lab pro completely off my mac and to then reinstall it. is it possible to reinstall the disc? because i got the disc version

It should be clear from the link Fxhome Dude provided, but its best to download the latest installer from your account before re-installing, rather than using the disk version again. This ensures that you have the most recent version, with any new features, bug fixes, or stability improvements it may provide.

Then just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and not skip any steps.
