Hi All,

I am very new to this but have had fun playing... Anyway all seems to work well until I try full length shots or the person is sitting on the floor of my green screen....

I suspect the problem is a bit of reflected light back onto the subject and it is being picked up by FX... So I thought I would try it with a sample image that came with the product, The Bride...

Even with that image I am losing part of the dress on the floor, I have tried playing with the settings but to no avail..

I really do like this product, but I need to be able to do a whole person sometimes... Any help appreciated.

What settings are you using, and can you provide more specific detail about the problem that occurs?

With the sample image of the bride, the dress is made of sheer fabric, so there is a certain degree of transparency around the edges at the bottom that should be there, because the fabric is partially transparent. The default settings should give you a fairly accurate key on that image (I've just tried it myself), though if you want to increase the opacity of the fabric in question, reducing the Removal a bit (to around 85-90) and then bringing down the Detail to clean up the key (to around 60) should get you right where you want to be.
