rendering settings?

Im having trouble with the rendering settings. I dont know which settings to use for High Quality? I imported a Good High Quality Avi File and i want to render it in High Quality.

This will primarily be controlled by your choice of codec, which isn't in the Render Settings window, but in the compression window that coes up after you select Render. What codec is the original high quality .avi file in? You should be able to render out and select the same codec.

Choose uncompressed avi when you're ready to render your video.
The file size will be a bit large but you will not lose any video quality.
